I’ve been using tarte Amazonian clay foundation for the past 6 years. It’s my holy grail. I don’t trust anything else on my face and My skin has improved tremendously! I hope the new formula is just as great!

I stick with colors that can not be messed up haha. Glitters and mattes scare me. I stick with the creamy/shimmer look.

Yessss !!! I have been curious about this one you mind reader you!! Lol. I love that you have been uploading and seem to be doing ok when not ok if you know what I'm sayn ....? Lol I love how you call them honkers! Hahaha.. Anyway I did not like the original Amazonian clay ....this seems much better.. Although I always have such a tough time getting the right shade in Tarte foundations.

I'm unsure if u've mentioned or not, but have u considered accutane? My skin was way worse than urs & 2 months into accutane now, it's completely clear. It truly changed my life!xx

I tried the original YEARS ago and thought it was too thick (for my preference anyway). This one looks SO good on your skin!

Thanks! I used to use the original formula years ago & switched to Estée Lauder which both worked very well for me. Then I got on accutane & while I no longer have the acne I did, I sometimes still have a bump here & there but my pores & scarring are more noticeable. Post medication I tried to go back to Estée; it wasn’t the same, didn’t look good on my textured skin. Thinking about revisiting tarte since I have still been dedicated to their concealer for years. I did try nars & that was a big N O because it literally made me look a decade older. I was shocked. The coverage was great but it settled into every pore 😬

@@imiu30 I actually use shape tape concealer all over my face, followed by the shape tape powder. It really does wonders, a good combination of coverage & smooths over my pores. I found this combination of products/technique after watching lots of YT vids on the topic by artists.

@@courtneyalva Thank you!! I'm thinking of giving either tarte or amazonian clay a try - I used to use the estee lauder one as well, but found that it gives me really bad flashback in photos! I'm currently using marc jacobs but they're discontinuing it now sadly so have to find something good!
