Tbh he doesn't feel that broken as many people said. He is gonna be a very bad first target, so better going for other survivors as first target instead. And with that atrocious healing speed that only heals one chip damage you could have done a third of a cipher already. Even more if we consider both survivors. It also seems like Psychologist is going to be a "must pick" when matching with him.

Cara ele ta forte demais.Ele paga 0,25 da vida para negar 0,5 de dano ,isso por si só já é mt roubado! 0s de cooldown! Ele precisa levar 4 hits pra cair! Aguenta detention e terror shock! Não tem nerf na decodificacao! Ao sair da cadeira foguete precisa de 2hits pra cair! Ainda ganha 8% de velocidade de movimento na forma do louis e um dead Hard parado q ajuda também. O louis diferentemente do escudo do professor consegue aguentar habilidades e não apenas hits básicos! E sobre o debuff dele,cara da pra contornar isso muito fácil com as personagens web.Doctor:+25% heal spedd Shelter:30% heal speeed Se vc colocar essas habilidades o mathias após salvar um sobrevivente tem 150s com uma cura 55% mais rápida q o normal! 55-30=+25% Caso não salve temos 25-30=-5% debuff bem pequeno

Barmaid works well and psycho, but doctor also works fine. Just let doctor heal 95% and he’ll heal her

Right? Not even Matthias has unique ones... He has the same default animation as any Surv but Louis gets his own. Which makes me wonder if Louis wasn't a completely different surv but melded onto Matthias in post 🤔

Puppeteer does not have any cooldowns to his abilities. However everytime you switch to puppet form you will receive chip damage, you cannot become Louis if you're at 3/4 of chip damage

ngl if i was a hunter and see that thing from afar im running away (also rip wu chang you will be missed)

Him having a decoding animation is weird because why would someone decode as the puppet- It makes me wonder if they'll recycle some animatios for a Male Child survivor, while changing maybe the running and idle animation... Also, his emotes look a lot like Little Girl's, and I'm guessing the Puppet will also have his own version of things like a dance emote and stuff. If they did all of this just for a puppet you can play as for 8 seconds without planning to make another child survivor to reuse the animations for I would be surprised-

three times, as long as you don't die/get knocked down using it another time. example: if you have one chip you can still use it twice, if full health 3 times, 2 chips = once 3 chips= no more usage

hm i really do think that he used to have a COMPLETELY different ability with 2 forms before (like wu perhaps) they wouldnt make all of these animations for something thats not even supposed to happen

it's a test server, to test the characters before it's released, only idv content creators with some amount of subscribers can access to it

If doctor can’t heal, why not doctor heal herself 90% then let Puppeteer heal her because her trait says that her healing isn’t effected on debuff, so technically doctor is still kind of useful

He can heal because he's on the test server doing custom matches, you can heal, have no cool downs to test characters
