This is awesome! And I can actually explain why some of the coins and blocks were small around 3:00. The question block can contain a Toad, so it's an entity rather than a tileset object. Same with the coins, they had to be placed at half-block increments, so they're entities rather than objects from a tileset.

Х Δ Ɽ К Ξ Π Toad didn’t say “Help me!”, so I don’t think a Toad is in the level. A Toad spawning is rare, about 1/500 - 1/1000, if only I was smarter.
