My sister and I used to play this together all the time, and for some reason, we sorta played it co-op. with me collecting/spawning items for the two of us and her being in charge of getting the stars. We didn't realize it then, but that was certainly a great bonding exercise for us. Now that I think of it, we actually played a lot of games together, like Mario Kart DS, Super Mario Galaxy, and Kirby's Epic Yarn.

I remember hearing this for the first time when I watched Lokman's Angry Birds parody. I scoured the internet for it out of curiosity.
