My tip for hair... before I rinse the conditioner out of my hair, while still in the shower, I comb it through then rinse. I still wrap my head after I get out but it remains tangle free. 🦋

Happy Sunday Kelly! Great video per usual. 👍 Very happy to hear about your new home. It will be bitter sweet but at least you are not far from Mama. I wanted to share a few of tips with you. 1. I sprinkle carpet powder in my bathroom garbage. I keep it next to the can and every so often I put some until I take the trash out. Because of the layering it helps with smells especially during female times of the month. 2. The carrot peelings would be great to give to Pom with her food. No point in throwing them away. 3. You can use Pine Sol instead of the Lysol sanitizer because that stuff can be expensive and out of stock often especially this time of year. Vinegar also helps with germs and combining with your oils will help with the strong odor. Odoban is also a great product. You are doing great with changing your diet now in the height of the holiday season. You've got this 👍 Blessings from Texas 🙏💐🦋🦋🦋
