You are the first one to inspire me to start crafting with paper. I am a retired designer in various categories and still wanted to do something besides just sitting. I am disabled not able to do much, but thank you for sharing . It has helped me in so many ways. You’re an excellent teacher.

Thank you for your comments on cardmaking. I have fallen into the trap of "not being able to make beautiful cards". I so appreciate your perspective and am learning that my cards are beautiful.

Liked the trick of inking the edge to hide the cracking. I have made two of the notebooks using the 6 ring binder and one of the papers cracked. So I will give this a try. Just today a card maker on KZread was saying the same thing, don’t compare your self to others. I made several of your small boxes for Christmas and Valentine, filled with small gifts. My friends were more excited about the boxes because I had made them than the items inside! I could see all the flaws but they just saw love. Thanks so much for sharing your talent.

Oh just another delight from you!! I first wanted to say,thank you for the big spatula idea! Thais has been a game changer for myself, as I suffered a massive stroke at 42. Daily card making has been by therapy. Having said that , I struggle with many of the tools etc. when I saw you use this….well it was a forever friendship! Lol. I use it for many things and have passed along to other. And for this and all the other things I’m able to do with the many wonderful things u have shared with us! I have made things I never thought I could! I’m excited to try this ! It’s so pretty and I’ll be able to give some gifts! Bless ur heart for sharing with us!! I can’t thanknu enough!!

Sherry I’m so glad you left the mistakes in and showed how you fix them. I have a 15 year old granddaughter that loves card making but is so critical of what she makes. So what I learn from you I show her and slowly I’ve gotten her to realize it’s just paper take a step back we can probably figure out a way to fix it. Plus I’ve been wanting to do one of accordion envelope on the front of a album or folio but the few I’ve seen have gone so fast that I’ve not understood what they were doing or saying.
