Love that the Pike’s weapons are an AS Val and a cut down AR-15. Just shows how much the Star Wars blasters are based on real guns

The standout for me is definitely the Pyke. Really could've used separate masks to mix up the army building, but that's probably coming down the line with repaints. Otherwise it's another great army builder from the Black Series. Your speeder looks really cool! Having some Pykes in and around that thing on a shelf would look great!

The Cad bane I got from this line actually had the chest plates painted. Weird how yours wasn’t

Just heat up the necklace on the Tuskin. That’s what I do with figures that have necklaces that don’t stay put. I use a hair dryer or my space heater.

Thanks for the review, Luke. Because of this look at the single release for Bane, I canceled mine and went over to eBay and was able to snag the full two pack for $30 flat!

I think you might’ve got a misprint cause I just bought the single release, cad bane and the buttons under the coat are fully painted on mine.

I think your Cad might have an error? I saw photos of other people who recently got the single and the chest details were painted

A little odd to see that Pyke’s blaster. It’s the middle section of Cassian Andor’s 3-stage rifle from the Rogue One Target 3-pack, and perhaps also just his blaster from the Jedha overcoat figure, but I don’t keep that one displayed so can’t be sure about that.

For some reason the Cobb and Bane pack in the UK averaged about £7 over the cost of buying 2 single figures and we didn't get any massive reduction like you guys did, have a feeling they will hit clearance items after xmas

It’s because it’s a Target exclusive. They tend to be more expensive here in the UK

I love these Book of Boba Fett additional pieces you made. The speeder is sweet! Aren’t Pike’s a taller race. I know Clone Wars has them more skinny in build. They are taller too I think. Doesn’t matter I need three of them. Hasbro has made some decent figures in the chieftain and Pike goon.

Here in the UK I’ve order the new Mando, 4 x Pyle Soliders and the Tusken Chief.

That pistol with the pyke figure is from the Captain Cassian Andor figure build-a-rifle

Honestly, looking at the blue on the Pyke Soldier, you could swap the arms with Mayfeld. Those are almost the same blue and those figures are relatively cheap. Use the arms and the pyke hands, so he can aim his rifle and add a bit of a visual difference

Hello Luke thanks for reviewing the newest black series wave I'm definitely getting most of these figures. The only one I'm not getting is Cad Bane. I was never crazy about Cad and I have the original so I'm good. I've wanted the Tuscan Chieftain since he became available for preorder, I don't have Disney+ so I've never watched the show. But I want a different Tuscan as a leader for my Tuscan Raiders, that's why I purchased the Credit Collection Tuscan figure before I knew about this version, guess he'll be his "lieutenant Dan" lol 😅. I've pre-ordered two Pike Soldiers, I'm also hopeful we get another repaint version later in the line. Shame about your Cad Bane, hope that’s just a QC issue, but otherwise the rest of the wave looks pretty good. Nice to finally get some more figures from BoBF, now we just need the actual Boba and then the Tusken Warrior.

We need the Pyke as a 3.75 inch figure too.

The two pack bane looks way better than the single release at least from that comparison there. Feel’s night and day really.

His is a mistake on Hasbro some are unpainted shirt and shiny plastic but some with painted chest has a flatter look to the chest i seen different ones at gamestop and even seen some have a different eyes color some darker some lighter color which is weird how so many are different

Cad Bane is such a cool figure, ill get this one too, Tusken is a pass although its cool. Pass on Mandalorian but ill get the Pyke smuggler. I have a minicrate with some goodies in it i want him to be smuggling. Pyke leader is dope Luke!!

Nice review Luke, kinda disappointed with all the differences and small changes they did to the single release Cad, personally picked up the two pack earlier this year though. Tusken Chieftain looks good but not a major fan of the old Tusken reuse, I’ll definitely have to use some tac as well to get that necklace down it seems. Glad to see the Pyke is pretty good overall, I also have three on Pre Order and planned on doing the exact same thing with repainting the faces lmao. Thanks for the early view of the wave.

So it is either unpainted because it was either a QC issue on Cad Bane or false advertising because it does show that there's supposed to be paint apps on the chest on the promo renders. This is really odd.

I've seen other photos on Reddit of the new Cad Bane who has the paint apps. I think it was a QC issue with this specific one
