New Star Ferry fr Busan to Jeju - 12-hour trip by MS Ferry ⛩️ Explore Korea Trip Travel Vlog, Day 9

The ferry from Busan to Jeju is an unpopular route for travelers wishing to visit the beautiful island of Jeju. The ferry departs from the Busan Port Coastal Passenger Terminal and arrives at the Jeju Ferry Passenger Terminal. The trip takes approximately 12 hours, depending on weather and sea conditions. Ferries operate with schedule. It is recommended to book tickets in advance, especially during peak travel times. Enjoy the scenic views of the ocean and the surrounding islands during the journey to Jeju.
Please visit msferry.haewoon.co.kr/ for ticket booking via operator MS Ferry. The website is all in Korean. We booked the tickets on the same day at the port. We arrived at the port 2 hours before departure to get tickets
Do not confuse Busan Port International Passenger Terminal with Busan Port Coastal Passenger Terminal. They are different ports. Please go to Busan Port Coastal Passenger Terminal for your Jeju trip.
Update February 6, 2024:
This ship apparently is now in Philippines and is now called MV 2Go Masigla 😊

So the price of one of the rooms is 198000 won. Does this price include tickets or is that an additional price that you pay on top of the ticket?

Good question. There's no additional fee for riding the boat. It's like booking for a hotel room. So the 198K won is all that we paid for the ferry ride and accommodation The room in this video will cover maximum of 2 adults. If you're a group of more than 2, you have to book the bunk beds (cheaper) or get multiple rooms (comfortable)

I think we tried online too and didn't get there but we just risked it and went to the port and bought tickets on the spot. Also don't forget to be at the port at least 2 hours before the ferry departs :) Or earlier so you can have choices for your bed or room, otherwise it could go sold out.
