NEW stage 2 intercooler install on my Focus ST225

Today guys and girls, we are doing the second phase of install on the focus (the exhaust is already installed).
Totally different type of video from detailing so i am really keen to know if you guys like it or not? The want for the channel is to cover all things Car and Motorbike, not just detailing but repairs, modifications etc. as well.
The Focus is on its way to 310BHP, the next Focus video will be its remap from DreamScience ;)
I bought the Bluefin and panel filter (mentioned at the start of the video) from: www.demon-tweeks.com/

PantherBlackST no worries at all👍🏻, super easy to install! If u are buying an Airtec induction kit setup and crossover pipe, be careful it’s a little bit more difficult to do, but again, worth it 👍🏻

Nice one , all I've seen is people taking their bumpers off, very helpful, will be doing my dreamscince intercooler next week, will be following cheers

@@DaveRebuilds I've had my intercooler, IMAP tune box, down pipe and 200 cell cat delivered today, intercooler will be fitted weekend IMAP performance tune has been uploaded and pulling nicely at moment.just waiting for pipes to be fitted and intercooler before uploading the next tune files. Can't wait

Hiya, one thing just need to know did you slot old and new intercooler from the top of underneath Of the front of car? Cheers

Tim Hoath hi mate, the old one came out from underneath, and the new one went in underneath as well, just remember and remove the horns before you pull the old one out👍🏻
Time for air filter upgrade.wish had done mine sooner.ramair or similar transforms these cars.

Did you feed the intercooler through the bottom or top?

Through the bottom if I remember right as it wouldn’t fit through the top

Yeah mate, installed it a couple weeks ago. Did an update video a week or so ago about how much of a nightmare it was to fit lol

@@DaveRebuilds yea Cross over pipe turbo to cross over plus Ford had this bracket on ecu it wouldn't undo so had to brake it off

Nightmare, luckily mine came off but I think it was close to snapping as well
