I'm guessing the first one is an Element hemp disc. And the second disc is the Blade Hyper Diamond. The third is maybe a Spear Platinum.

Spear, element Hemp and diamond/realm maybe
The white one with the "gnome" is a Hemp (Diamond variant) Element. The red one is a Blade. The orange one is a Spirit. All according to Gateway's site.
