Strumming is UDUD (U being up and D being down) and knocking on the intro, and you count (UDUD) two-three-four-one-two-three (UDUD) two-three-four-one-two-three (UDUD) and so on. For the rest of the song it's just UDCUU (the c being chuck). Chords are D, A and G mainly. Sometimes she makes a sort of a variation on the A and uses F instead, but that's a personal choice, you can always use A if you like it better.
