I was there when 150% treasure gauge fill is introduced for the first time by Blue Kaido. At that moment, Runner will instantly intimidated. Now, almost all meta defender have this trait.

He is a good Defender and fits well into the meta (he counters some units while also having counters). I just think his SE-nullify trait could be better. For a medal set i personally would run a tripple enel variant [string challange event medal + event Enel (if you dont have it use cola Enel) + blue Enel]. Also Nolan D. Goat is better (just a joke)
