i have been testing some stuff while in diamond like playing a 50 card list with 15 handtraps featuring gamma, veiler and friends.. you might have noticed a pattern in these replays where I start but I open no starters and that's due to me going above 44 so when I had enough of bricking, I switched back to my original 44 card list formula and finished getting out of diamond. Nightmare throne soon and I'm not sure I'll be running phantom as of this moment but I'll cook up something. Diamond was a stun and kashtira galore with some snake eye and tear (I had more kash replays but if I showed more the video would have been longer) in this stun duel 15:11. I wanted to bring out seigfried and clear his Maximus but I forgot that I sent d'arc to the grave so that almost cost me. i still could have brought out seigfried but by the time I realized that I messed up, it was too late. in the last duel, I had quite a few times to otk the guy during some parts of the game but I played it safe a lot which is why the game was long but I simply didn't wanna take risks and tried to play it as safe as I could have. (this is not to say I didn't missplay)

I love watching videos where they have more than 40 cards cause something I learned is that going over 40 is not the end of the world at all, especially in a deck with enough searching and enough spaces to still be consistently strong

they don't call it diamond hell for nothing

Konami needs print the three D/D/D spell cards from the anime that allow you to do syncro/xyz/fusion more easily and with less materials. That or a good level 2 tuner + a level 6 synchro monster that can negate monster effects AND search a D/D card from the deck.
