As a genX, I can’t understand the whole ‘trigger warning’ thing. We were shown Schindler’s List in history class at age 13, and it’s pretty graphic and upsetting. That was the point! BE upset, BE appalled, BE sick to your stomach about what really happened. It’s on us to never let it be forgotten. Not to hide in a corner because it’s too confronting.

Talked shit about me, jealous of me, and actually think I'm stupid over my politics. I am glad I have a couple of good girl friends that I don't have to worry about them trying to steal my life or my husband. Not that my husband can be stolen. You know what I mean... we all know those women! Oh, they'll try and smile at you while they are trying to wreck your world.

YES to this. I cut a friend out of my life the second i moved out of the apartment near her house. I figured it was then or never. She was so toxic, i couldnt believe what i put up with. She manipulated me into so many bad situations and used me as a wing woman to go out and pick up guys, but whenever i tried to meet someone and came close to doing it, she would look for an excuse to get out of whatever bar we were in saying she wanted to go somewhere else. She was just fucking awful and one of the few things in my life ive gotten rid of that i have zero regrets about.

Great idea. I would nominate the producer (which could technically include Tom Cruise) for the decision in Top Gun Maverick to include the original Taiwan patch on Maverick's bomber jacket on the final movie release (was left out for trailer). China adamantly wanted it removed otherwise it would not show the film in China, which would've lead to easily 300-400 mil in additional revenue for the production company, but on principle they took a stand and gave a big FU to China by leaving the patch on. A Cojonesy decision for sure.

"Wokies" bitch and moan, and some choose to respond to that - it's called FREEDOM! This message is to producers of REAL TIME and to Bill Maher himself… THANK YOU for doing this segment. I wish you would expand this and do it monthly or at least quarterly…for three reasons. 1. It’s very funny and has a good pace which will not get old. Quite the contrary; it will get more popular and more funny as it scales up as the audience knows the beats to expect (just like New Rules). 2. It’s the right thing to do. 3. This will pay huge dividends in ten years when this flood tide of cancellation has reversed and we all look back at the heroes that pushed back in the moment. If you go “all in” on this segment you will be indisputably atop the list of reformer heroes who had the balls to make cancellation efforts radically uncool. Thank you again for taking a very funny, very principled stand.

The only down side to this is that it should have started ten years ago. Plus it's not always dumb college students, from the start it was often some of their unhinged professors egging them on like that red head lady directing protestors to forcibly remove an Asian student journalist for simply taking pictures. Then there is governing bodies like the Canadian Human Rights Commission (or council?) and now Board of Psychology going after Jordan Peterson. This isn't all just over sensitive kids, and it never has been.

Wow! For the next show, I'll get my popcorn ready. Wasn't anticipating this. Well done, Bill! Also, if you're already thinking of a lifetime achievement, Ricky Gervais should get the inagrual award.
