Realtors pretending they represent the buyer's best interests is hilarious. Buyer's agents should earn a fixed fee, not a percentage.

Im sick of the realtors making up these policies that are designed to give them all of the power and make everything be in their favor. Then tell you, "well its just how its done" Fuck off, its 2023. I can download the contract template, have the buyer sign it, then hire the Title company myself.

Steven, this is one of the most ill informed cements I have ever seen. Don’t comment unless you know just a little bit about what you are saying. Realtors DON’T want this. This was a ruling due to a law suit that made the attorneys way more money than anyone else. We don’t want it. That’s the point of the video. So you can take your Bs elsewhere. I give zero craps if you like realtors or clearly not. Means zero to me. Just don’t be an idiot.

@ScheibRealEst8 You don't care yet you took the time to write a reply. Yeah, you sure don't care. Next you'll tell me realtors don't call listers telling them, "Hey I have a buyer interested. Would you br willing to give me x percent " when they don't really have anyone interested. They just want to know which properties are going to give them a commission and if it's worth their time to push specific properties. Right.
