@@3littlewordsfan I was invited by the devs as a content creator. It seems unlikely for a Wave 4 to happen so you guys will have to wait till May 26th for Early Access to come out

I'm so hyped for TOS2, I kinda of understand why but its still sad that mafs gone.

Honestly, im glad they are gone. Didn’t fit the theme of salem witch trials and also many of the roles were super lackluster, even the killing ones. Coven and horsemen faction seems way more fun.

that ending of all the coven getting revealed around the cauldron timed perfectly with the music. Amazing editing there xD

Only downside to TOS2 is Coven being EXTREMELY overpowered. They wreck the NK’s and DECIMATE town most of the time.

@@MikanBaldmiki town has some pretty busted roles as well. The difference is that Town has a much more diluted pool of roles. For every Prosecutor and Jailor, you have an Investigator and a Spy. For every Deputy, there’s a Trickster. Whereas for coven, the only really ‘bad’ roles would be Jinx (compared to other CK), Enchanter and Illusionist (for not being that impactful), while Wildling, PM, Witch, CL, Ritualist and Conjurer exist. Any combination of the six listed above is sure to be a stacked coven. TL:DR: Coven has more unique, powerful roles than any other factions, explaining why they’re so good. Town has strong roles too, but the pool of roles is diluted. NKs are a little lacking behind as a result, despite the buff to some of them.

I love seeing TOS2 games because I love recognizing names that appear in all of them. Like Doggie, djf, gragson, etc. At least one of them shows up in every game it’s really funny to see.

This video was surprisingly entertaining even without commentary, that’s a very difficult thing to achieve. Good job!

I think town needs some buffs, and maybe ritualist and wildling need some nerfs. Being able to double kill every night as coven is way too strong, and having old TOS spy as a coven makes fake claiming nearly impossible.

Maybe wildling can only get half town visits. Lots of info for coven but not all. (Random but Prioritizing TIs over other towns for obvious reasons) As for Ritualist, they're fine. There's a good reason why most town roles are EXTREMELY similar. TK can be Deputy or Vig, Vet or Trickster, each duo is extremely similar so that you can get away with not outright claiming. Jailor has plenty of good roles to fake, they can pretend to be almost any TI and claim they couldn't invest a role because they were jailed. If they find the LO, they can swap roles, with LO whispering jailor their finds every night. Invest, Coronor and Sheriff work almost exactly the same. You can get away with simply saying Inno/sus with all 3 of them. Do I even need to explain how tps can stay vague? Spy and Seer are the hardest to fake claim. Spy should probably only claim when they have crucial info or if they're upped. Seer however can fake Psychic. (And psychic can fake seer)

I think it's a matter of people needing to learn how the new roles work and adjusting playstyles, you can't simply import a tos1 playstyle and expect it to work without alteration. Heck, back in ranked season 1 the maf only had 3 members and if they randomly got a 4th from the any it was considered to be OP, but now in 2023 maf is considered underpowered even after town nerfs like the Retributionist changes.

@@KCzz15 Well yeah but now coven can easily find all neutrals out by looking for the fake claim that doesnt match wildling results. And the wildling doesn't have to do anything for that free info. Even if wildling dies the neutral will be in their will/coven deathnotes.

@@EmeraldCrowz They could always claim a non-visiting role, and again there may be a shift in the meta like powerful town roles fake claiming for the first few rounds in order to stay hidden that starts to throw the Wildling off, time will tell how it goes.

May I offer some feedback? Having the first 0:13 seconds of your video be silent isn't great for your new viewer acquisition: the decision to stay and watch a video or not is generally done by the first 12 seconds of a video, and I reckon you are losing people who click off before the music (and your edits) event have the chance to start.

This is my first TOS2 video so I need a bit of time to adapt my editing style into it. But I really appreciate the feedback. will change some stuff to prevent this.

The vigi shooting another vigit.. Reminded me of a match of Coven All Any ToS1. Where it was just CL ( me ) and PM.. We found 1 vigit N1, and another N2. So on N3 I made one shoot the other.. But it turned out there where a total of 4 Vigis.. and they all shot each other.. Granted I controlled one of them into another.. Its the fact that the others also chose to shoot the other vigis.. There where a LOT of vigi claims that round and I guess no one really believed each other lol. ( Oh and, if you want to know if Coven won.. Sadly no.. Hidden Arso nuked everyone N6 .. and of course said arso was found that exact night by the PM but obviously it was too late.. Honestly with how stacked that game was it was shocking both the PM and I lived till then anyway. )

There's no reason not to, sadly. Coven is so OP already with so much killing potential and persistent intel gathering that town losing the game D3 is way more common now than it ever was in TOS1. Since vigis can't shoot N1 and are VERY viable targets for mislynches, witching, prosecution, or otherwise getting killed on N2 due to the stupid amount of killing power Coven has (or neutrals) why not?

Oh jeez, that’s a pretty difficult question to answer, unless you mean like how do you purchase the game? It will be available for purchase on May 26th. If you mean how to play, maybe look at more videos.

IMO og town of salem is better, adding animations if anything weighs it down for me. TOS is a text based game I dont care about the visuals
