Deep bhaiya, chain ko full tight mat karwaao. Jab bike pe baithoge, weight daalne par chain pe aur tension aata hai. Thoda slack maintain karne ko bolo. Best way to maintain optimum slack is that you sit on the bike, then ask service person to put a mota wala screwdriver between chain and sprocket teeth, and then tighten till the screwdriver just gets a little tight between chain & sprocket. Then sab swingarm adjusters tight kara lo, screwdriver nikaal lo. Bas, life set. Yeh maintain karo, chain sprocket aur zyaada chalega. 3 set chain set mein mera 220 127000 km chal gaya. There’s no other way bro

One thing, if your bike sprocket teeth even if one or two are bent then new chain won't last long also. So whenever you change then do it on sprocket also as there is one or two bent on it which affected chain also. And with slush in it around 200 plus grams that's most likely the reason it happened. Luckily it didn't break while you were on a trip. Similar thing happened to adventure archie in Russia and he got a lucky escape from an accident

Driver sprocket aur chain O ring ka condition dekh k yahi suggest karunga ki long trip se pehle change kar lo. Bhagwan na karey but raste me chain tut sakta hai aur long term me wheel bearing ko bhi damage kar dega. Poor handling feel hoga. Ho chuka hai mere sath, experience se bol raha hu. Dear.... It always happens in exposed chain bikes the cleaning and lubing is done at the rear but the front sprocket area gets ignored,I own an Interceptor 650 and lube the chain every 500km and make it a point to get the chain lubed and cleaned once at every thousand km at the service centre with clear instructions of cleaning the front sprocket area too...

Hi,i serviced her soon after the ride.She did not get any grout.Did you ride without chain guard ?

Oily residue on the inside of air filter indicates too much oil vapour blowback . Should look at changing the oil or loon at a head job . Cleaning the fron sprocket is a pretty regular activity if you ever noticed chain clean of “normal” bikes. Even when you clean the chain and once in a while you can just remove the front sprocket cover and clean with a spray and a screw driver.

I bought my CB350 h'ness on 26th dec 2022, on March 2023 on a long trip of my bike it got shut down, all indicators were malfunctioning, I took the bike to service centre, they fixed it the problem was with battery poles, those were loose anyways the total charges 980/- after one week again the fuel injection indicator malfunctioned took it again, they gave an estimate of 700 rest was ok but they were charging 180 rs just to run the diagnosis. They charged me the same last time too. i was like WTF! Why are you charging me just to run a diagnosis on a problem which is covered under warranty they said it was policy. I had to call customer care of Honda gladly they sort this out. So guys is it a scam or is it legit
