The Renault Talisman line-up has been extended with the addition of an exclusive, racier S-Edition version which debuts the new 1.8 TCe 225 petrol engine.
Sporty interior featuring black trim with red top-stitching and a focus on comfort.
4Control Pack, Electronic Damper Control and new 19-inch alloy wheels as standard.
Thanks to its refined, elegant styling, superior ride and handling, comfortable interior and outstanding performance, Renault Talisman lost no time emerging as one of the market’s most popular touring cars. The model returns to the limelight at this year’s Geneva Motor Show with Talisman S-Edition, an even sportier limited-edition version.
Based on the extensively equipped Intens equipment level (ADAS Pack and Vision System, Multi-Sense, massaging seats, etc.), Talisman S-Edition combines sporty styling with exclusive appointments, plus the 4Control Pack and Electronic Damper Control as standard features for an impeccably smooth ride.
The S-Edition version’s elegant, exclusive exterior styling is rounded out by the fitment of black Alizarine 19-inch wheels and, for extra privacy, extra-tinted rear glass. The model also comes with Pure Vision Full LED head lights, embossed chrome door sills, S-Edition badging on the wings and Etoilé Black door mirror housings to make refinement even more part of the car’s DNA.
The interior of Talisman S-Edition remains subdued despite the addition of such openly sporty features as black leather and red top-stitching for the upholstery and dashboard (plus matching leather-trimmed steering wheel, gear lever bellows and door inserts), grey and red carpet mats with embroidered S-Edition motif, aluminium pedal caps and other ‘aluminium’ finish appointments. The black roof lining brings an additional touch of premium sports appeal. Talisman S-Edition comes with the same spacious cabin, innovative technology and high-quality finish that helped to forge the model’s reputation for excellence.
Available with a wide choice of diesel engines, Talisman can now also be ordered with the new TCe 225 petrol engine mated to seven-speed EDC automatic transmission. The new powerplant provides enhanced driving enjoyment thanks to its brisk acceleration and pick-up performance, courtesy of its 225 horsepower (165kW) and 300Nm torque.
Talisman S-Edition is due to go on sale in Europe from September 2018 and, depending on market, will be available with other engines. Prices will be released at a later date.

Keith Newton:- i agreed. I m German but i drive Renault since 1988 , my First was a R 5 GTE, i Loved IT. Today a Scenic 2 dci 1.5 ,12 yrs. old , still running fine. And yes: Mercedes, Audi, BMW much too expensive and for that price sometimes quality Problems ? Never with me. Talisman is a really fantastic driving experience. But Megane GT Grandtour with 4 Wheel Steering and 205 HP is very nice too.

I ve a Kango, the most I like among few others, safe, comfort, but price of spare parts a little higher. Technical wise all Renault good enough, but models are left behind looks like cheap cars.
I have a rental of this car right now and it is fucking, incredible. Absolutely recommend, 10/10

Does the 1.6tce petrol and the 1.8tce petrol have the same engine? I heard they have. When you chiptune the 1.6 one it's nat bad for the engine. You go from 150hp to 225hp

@@schaui2364Grüße zurück. So ist das unter uns Auto verrückten :D. Ja der Talisman ist echt kein schlechtes Auto. Auch die Verarbeitung ist nicht viel schlechter als die von der deutschen Konkurrenz. Man bekommt viel für sein Geld.

Ja was Interieur und dessen Verarbeitung betrifft sag ich mal so... die Diskussionen welches Schaumplaste da wertiger ist finde ich lächerlich. Die einzigen Leute, die über Innenraumverarbeitung reden dürfen sind meinetwegen die Rolls Royce oder Bentley Fahrer wo dann im Individualpaket gerne 4 Kühe draufgehen fürs Leder und das Tropenholz von ausgestorbenen Baumarten verbaut ist für die Zierleisten. Hoffe du verstehst meine kleine Übertreibung. :D Ich muss sagen von außen fällt der Talisman schon ganz schön auf... doch sehr breit :D

It's a beautiful car , it's such a Shame they do not sell it in the UK. It's a great designed estate car that would sell well but Renault UK will not bring it to Britain. Compared to the Ford Mondeo and it wins hands down on looks quality space etc

@@jorgschnelle10 Yes Renault will not allow use to access to anything bigger than a megane. The allowed a limited number of Keleos suv (which they do not prompt) the biggest car is the grand scenic we no longer get the espace. Renault stopped the sale Laguna in 2012. It's so sad because Renault produce some lovely cars. In the past manager would gave the rover 800/75 the ford Granada Vauxhall opel senator/ omega Renault 25 and Peugeot 604/605 but the the middle manager moved to bmw Mercedes and jaguar. It's huge shame we have lost these large executive cars because we have lost the competition that made now and Mercedes market better car. Today these brands rest on there names

Had a Laguna for 10yrs, nice car but same old electrical issues. This Talisman … great look but centre console not so good, ugly even. Must do better

Talisman S-Edition isn't a racing car... this is only another styling... next is initiale paris... S-Edition ...red stiches...another rimms... 1.8 tce is limited to 225 HP... came from Megane RS...

To change the logo, may be difficult good idea to adopt auxiliary logo for each model.The model or design is very important, some peoples consider model as the first consideration.
