I’ve bought them every year since 2019 and every single year they’ve gone up $50-$100. This is the year that I draw the line. It wouldn’t be quite as bad if 2 of every 3 autos wasn’t a pitcher 🤬

This is why i will never buy into breaks.... Why pay money to breakers. Buy for yourself collect for yourself dont pay someone to collect for their own collection.

I pulled the base Jackson Holliday chrome version and, of course, it had a huge surface scratch on it right out of the box. Terrible quality this year with all the Chrome products

This Bowman Jumbo box had more Jackson Holliday and Elijah Green cards than I expected to see. No complaints here! Your knowledge of Bowman and Topps baseball products (players) never ceases to amaze me.

Might be a decent chance that Brooks Lee makes it to the show at some point late in the season.. Crushed it at every stop last year, and already at Double A in half a year. Was advanced though, being a Senior in College

Bowman Draft always leaves out the 2nd overall pick and puts them in the following year Bowman release so there is always a big prospect to chase in that release as well, so Jones will be in 2023 Bowman.

450 a box I’m going to pass!! The hobby is not like what it use to be as a kid picking up packs to make a set. Now it’s all about 1s cards and auto’s and parallels cards only.

I'd say wait a little bit to buy a box, prices usually fall a little after release especially most of the 2022 products. However, it is Bowman Draft which is a very popular product for investors and collectors so we will have to see what boxes prices do. Just too bad box prices are no longer in the $250 range.

I think they flip the chrome cards over to help the breakers since they can easily discard the paper cards during breaks (many breakers don’t ship the paper cards)

Both are overpriced and have lately acted like a flipper at target or Walmart with their prices. Buy direct from Topps if possible, or blowout. Blowout runs the show when it comes to selling cases to online stores or card shops.

Hit Kings has historically had good pricing overall.... sometimes much lower. They're much smaller than the other sellers but the service is great!

I enjoy watching these videos. I enjoy collecting trading cards of all kinds. I also enjoy occasionally opening some packs of random trading cards. I'm not sure what "the hobby" is, but I'm sure I'm not a part of it.

QC is an abomination. Topps should be ashamed of themselves. I've never seen it anywhere near this bad. Every refractor in my box was miscut. Most chrome cards have thick, vertical print lines and scratches everywhere. Many cards won't grade higher than EX-MT. We spend too much money on these products to get severely damaged cards.

Does the Bowman Draft "1st Edition" always come out after the regular version? Does anything in this hobby make sense?

Brooks Lee is a stud. Already in double A. Keep your cards of him Erik, he might end up in the big leagues sooner than later because of the Twins lack of talent at SS.
