In this video I tested changing 3 pieces of gear with jolt reforge bonus vs 3 pieces of vengeance bonus. I also go over the build I run in PVP that has been most successful with the current meta! This is before the necro nerf with the new patch.

@@Diesel421 I would due to the bonuses on the pieces, it's damage to shield, loss of control, flat player damage and attack speed
