MDOT MPA Executive Director Bill Doyle was joined by Ports America Chesapeake Vice President Bayard Hogans and top Port and PAC officials to announce a new record for the Port of Baltimore! 5,536 container moves conducted by longshore workers handling the Maersk Edinburgh with the final move completed at 11 pm last night. It’s the largest number of moves for a single ship in the Port’s 314-year history. Congratulations to all involved!
