I completely dont know how to install Jbl with twitters in my superb 2. Twitter dont have correct plug and I should connect it all with kind of jbl switch. No idea.

Nice job done. What's the model number of the speakers? Did you change the standard car radio amplifier? I have the Stream radio and NO rear speakers. I am intrested on buying speakers for rear doors. Please help. Thanks

Why did you install coaxials on the bottom? Don't you have a tweeter in the rear door also???

Yes, but this was the cheapest unit I could find of a decent quality in the time I could be bothered to look :)

I have installed two rear speaker and tweeter both genuine part but now i feel the sound is bad weak bass before was better than now with two front speaker and tweeter can you help me what's problem? Thanks

Did this ever improve? Sometimes the speakers need to bed in a little. Also, were the connection wires correctly installed? You will have issues if the + and - wires are swapped incorrectly on the speaker for instance.

Yeah, my girlfriend's were even worse ... Seems after 7-10 years these speakers completely lock up .. how's that even possible ?!

Hmmm, kind of! When playing the radio the quality of the sound is certainly better but using MP3s I dont think it's any better than stock sadly. It could be that the speakers are now showing the bad quality of the encoded MP3 files. I have read that the stock head unit is setup for the Skoda speakers and when you replace these it upsets the balance. Perhaps if I replaced all 4 it would be better still. I have found I get better results when I fade the speakers slightly biased towards the fronts otherwise it seems as though the rears get overpowered and cannot handle the volume of music. Saying that, it is better than the broken stock speaker I had but goes to show that the stock Skoda/VAG speakers are actually pretty good as they are when setup with the Skoda head unit.

Hey, what size is the front speakers? Any ideas?

6.5 inch in the door, 1 inch tweeters

Pioneer speakers give you high sound but not in quality.I will install in my Octavia Jbl or Focal speakers and also change radio too soon.

Last days i installed Focal speakers on rear and the diference is tottaly other level.The doors are very well protected to isolate noise and that is a very good advantage for the sound quality.

good but it would have to be cool if you showed the all process

Yup sorry, this was more of a "I've tried this" video and to be honest the sound wasn't as good as the OEM speakers.

Can uh sold me Ur old speakers??

I think it was a 16.5 cm unit. They were actually 17 cm! Found a picture of the box.
