@@rubenbraekman4515 no, it'll hold coolant in the rad, cool it down and then circulate the cooler fluid. It's just constantly heating up cuz the coolant isn't spending much time in the rad

PFI is not the place for Bosch Med ECU tuning. Take it to a euro shop. Scr in Loveland or bluewater performance in Denver. These cars are quite different to tune from JDM and domestic so you want to use someone who "specializes" in German cars. There is like 1200 torque management tables.

Yes, nice to see all that you have accomplished in the last couple of days, and the wheels and tires have it looking as sick as it can possibly be. Good luck and have lots of fun during race week. The only issue I can see as a possible problem will be with the temp.😎

I have my wagons rear wiper sprayer hooked up so when I hit the switch originally for the rear glass, it sprays the intercooler for some extra evaporatorative cooling, I'm positive you could do something similar to the ride like just to the radiator.. just a thought..

It’s a 2010 Kawasaki klx250sf blue with blue sm wheels is comes from factory supermoto I didn’t have to mod it. It’s a good learning bike and it street legal also from factory

The fact that the temperature is still climbing just with you in it and some load is a problem. Kyle dont take it for granted; put some time in it to sort that out before heading out. There is no point in rushing things just to break down on the first day and returning home but otherwise that thing looks mean with those radials👍🏽 Goodluck

I like em both, 2T or 4T. I currently have a 2007 WR450 SuperMoto. So much fun on the road. I just have to work on my wheelies more.

If u dont have a thermostat in it put one back in to make sure the coolant isn't passing through the rad to fast to cool. And make sure u don't have a gap between the intercooler and rad. The air will travel out of that gap and really decrease air flow to the rad. Good luck on the trip and race week. Hope u guys achieve everything u set out to do.

Try installing another fan or two with the trailer going up hills and mountains it's going to overheat in the future get a radiator with more surface area equipped with two fans and you will never have high temps problem again. Great video can't wait to you guys this week bro, have fun!

Idk why he'd pull the thermostat too. Now there coolant constantly cycles in the block and won't have a chance to cool off in the radiator. It'll overheat on constant back to back runs guaranteed.

Bro 200 degrees is nothing lol most factory cars run 195-215... and most thermostats open up at like 200-210 Should maybe try with the thermostat in, you don't want it running cold for so long

Hey guys, hope you see this in time. To help with the cooling situation I would suggest getting another fuel cell and temporarily mounting it the van somewhere and run some hoses from it up to the engine bay to increase water capacity while you drive and then have it so it’s removable when you get to the track. It will make all the difference and should be able to set it up real quick. Best of luck guys

on the radiator shroud put some flap vents so when rolling down the road they open up and allow some more air flow. just the hole for the fan could be choking the radiator a little. they do that on a lot of new cars. it may help

Don’t forget to look at the rules for event. Often times each car is supposed to carry their own set of tools 🧰 🛠. Glad to see the Rowdessy is up and running well 👏🏼
