If the RG Cube has great controls and sticks it may replace my Retroid Pocket 2s. It has more power and extra real state for DS and 3DS with touchscreen controls! It looks portable still and if they nail the quality and the price then I'm 100% up for it.

Nice podcast as always. I think there is a little bit of confusion about the n64 recompilation news though. It is huge news and super exciting, but it isn't a tool that an average user could use at least at present. MVG has a solid breakdown of what it will take to make use of the N64 recomp tool.

At this point I'm starting to have a handheld dedicated to a particular system or type of system. Eg I have one dedicated to GameCube and another for PS2 and another for GBA and another for GB and GBC and another for SNES. The life of retro handheld collectors 😁

The stickers were such a cute idea, imo 😊 (sorry Aish). I don’t care for the devices they come for, but the idea, itself, is fun to me. If I were to ever get a cheaper device for family members, I hope it has them for it, I think my family would find them fun as well.

Sorry folks. My RGxx Sp arrived today and the screen doesn't come on, that's half true because the lighting works but no picture is shown - you can also hear the typical menu sound of the buttons. I'm just not doing anything I Need help Greetings from Germany Florian

the dual screened laptop has specific work station uses. its not really meant for your average consumer. don't make assumptions that it has no uses. a dual screen laptop is especially useful since it eliminates the need to have a 2nd monitor at a workdesk that someone needs to plug in. and can be brough anywhere you need when you need to move without losing the functionality of a 2nd monitor or having to drag around a 2nd monitor and power cords and cables and everything every time you move.

to add to this. the stacked monitor is more functional for non gaming situations, you dont take up more desk space, as you can obviously see in the picture, it has a 180 degree hinge so you could use the 2nd monitor to show things off to someone from the other side. not to mention the absolute nightmare you create if you wanted a monitor that folds out to the left or right as you would have to choose which side it unfolds out to. making it suboptimal for many people that would want it hinged on the other side. this isnt even the first company to do this, asus has a dual screen laptop in this exact form factor. stop being so ignorant please.

@@alexlandsbergs We asked to be educated on the use cases, and are open minded on it, it just didn't make sense for what we're used to, at first. Thanks for providing some real world use cases, this is exactly what we were asking for!

the RG cube should probably play gamecube very well, if not then stay away from it unless you can use it for nintendo and snes also, anbernic should probably make a DS but use the same stuff as the RG35XXSP but expect they just stretch the RG35XXSP to fit the controls and the 2 screens along with a cursor pen.

Stubbs abbreviated review of Gamesir G4, it might be good for Switch or Z Fold.. Noo! , maybe iPhone.. Nooo! It's not ideal but for 99.99.. It's a fidget toy.. Magnets.

The gamesir controller looks really cheap compared to other options they have
