It is one of the most haunted ships in america

The queen Mary is known as a “slow roller” this means in heavy waves, the ship would pitch to the port and starboard side, very slowly but also quite far over.

Yeah, one time during the second world war she got hit by a huge wave. The mary listed all the way to 50 degrees, the ones sleeping fell off their bunks, the one standing slipped towards the wall, if you were walking during that list you wouldve had 1 leg on the floor and 1 on the wall just because of how hard the list was. If the ship listed a couple degrees more her COG would shift and capsize the ship, if that happened it would be the largest lost of life ever (before the gustloff which lost 10,000) but still it wouldve been a heavy blow. Hitler put a bounty on the Queen, the wave nearly got it. But also failed

Fun fact:the queen Mary has encounter it a rough wave but she survived but Tip over 50 degrees

Queen Mary did tip over 50 degrees but she stayed like that for five hours until she reached port again where they’re at we’re not high waves

The fact the ship still exists on land and not at the bottom of the ocean like all other old ships is pretty awesome. :D

But we all know that 0.00002% of the broken ships such as CC Costa Concordia and Queen mary are on land and 99.99998% of the ships are sunken under water

ust running stormworks on its own makes my laptop go to 70c-90c

14:17 the ship does that because the mission thing doesn't recognize the in-game block limit, because of this the extra blocks were deleted which is why the ship looked the way it did when you found it, the whirlpool didn't destroy it

Cool little bit of info about the Queen Mary in real life the people that own it now used to make it a Halloween attraction every October but eventually they had to permanently end that unfortunately although i can't remember the reasoning to as of why

If the 15:42 mark was a night time scene it would had looked like the tsunami scene from the Original "The Poseidon Adventure" (1972) movie. The original Poseidon movie was Shot partially on location aboard the R.M.S. Queen Mary in Long Beach Harbor south of Los Angeles, "Poseidon" relied on massive Fox soundstages for the interior action scenes.

Imagine Running a Convoy with Queen Mary, Queen Elizabeth (Her Sister Ship), The Brisbane Star (older Sister to the Melbourne Star) and some Ocean Ships, Liberty Ships, Victory Ships and Type C1, C2, C3 and C4 Ships and T2-SE-A1 Tankers while Fighting the AI Forces in the Weapons DLC. As for that ending, she probably wouldn't have stayed straight up for long as she would have eventually ended up on her Left/Port Side.

I love that tsunami as the Queen Mary was always the model for the Poseidon in the 1972 film. Just need Leslie Nielsen on the bridge

The Queen Mary is docked in Long Beach, California which is near where I lived! The ship was once actually hit with heavy waves and it listed to 50 degrees! It also once collided with another ship when leaving a port, but still it survived!

This is one of the most haunted places in America
