I'm a podcast addict, been listening to BBC World Service Radio for over 15 years now. This fits in perfectly as I'm in Asia, we don't have BBC on FM.

Can’t seem to store more than two presets! Once I see the list of presets, what buttons do I press to store a station in day memory 4?

I got both a stereo and a mono Connect a couple of months ago. Very pleased with them. I reckon the mono one actually sounds a bit nicer. On power, ignore the requirement for a 2 amp USB supply, it doesn't even take 500mA. Also if running on battery get some decent NiMH, like Ikea Ladda. I didn't time how long it lasted but it seemed to eat a set of alkalines very quickly.

Is the Elan Connect or the Elan IR5 a better buy? The IR5 looks better in my opinion. Not sure of the specs between the two.

Awesome video buddy do you know of any internet radios, that have bbc sounds built-in.. I had one years ago, that had catch up. All the new ones, want you to use your smartphone any ideas many thanks again

@@geekanoids I use the Rotel A10....mostly because it has Phono & Tape inputs. I'm a analog guy but the Pure Elan works great on the Aux or Tuner input.

👍 Can you say, the difference between the connect+ and connect is nothing more than the additional speaker, and the difference between the connect and DAB+ is that the connect additionally has Internet connection 🤔
