If you do your daily challenges and resets everyday, you still have to grind for it. I do that and still have yet to finish a battle pass. However, they are giving you more XP for the challenges in this battle pass, so maybe it will be easier.

It means the skins are non marketable.

You cant sell those items on steam. Items with a double arrow are marketable on steam.
