دیکھیں جی بات بڑی سیدھی ہے ریٹائرمنٹ قانونی مدت پوری کرنے پر ملتی ہے اور وہ اگر اتنی ہو جس سے دال روٹی چل جائے تو اپ پابندی لگاتے اچھے لگتے ہیں اور دوسری جاب والے اے سی والے کمرے میں سلا کر تنخواہ تو نہیں دیتے ناں وہ معاوزہ محنت کا ملتا ہے

In the armed forces all uniform persons go through a tough training which is up to 5 years. Moreover, they play with their life and death for 24 hrs as hundreds of thousands have sacrificed their lives in their youth stage for defence of the Nation and the mother land . Most of the uniform persons are forcefully retired after 18 years of service. More than 80 percent are retired at the age of 34 years then they join another govt job for survival of their children. Retired persons from armed forces serve far more better and energetically compared to civilians in any department. After completing 20 to 25 years of service in any other department strongly deserve a second pension as per rules and justification. To the short employees of defence forces strongly deserve for two pensions and it's obligatory for defence authorities to protect the rights of their soldiers who have dedicated their lives mere for defence of the Motherland.

First of all try to alive your conscience then Study about the 1965 war, 1971 war and day today terrorism in the country where our soldiers fought with the enthusiasm of mortared and loyalty with this Land. No doubt, some selfish and corrupt Politicians and Generals made wrong decisions which badly harm our Motherland and the Nation that is why our country is wrapped in the terrorism. In the 1965 war our soldiers threw bunmbs from C 130 and hundreds of them sacrificed their lives with the bumbs . Same is the case in the 1971 war.Our Armed forces are covering every inch of the sacred Pak Land otherwise enemies are surrounding our country from every direction. To the short , soldiers guard our Pak Land in the cold and summer nights when you sleep in the warm beds. One who has alive conscience or experiences practically can justify the real services of the Armed Forces. Allah Pak bless us with the true guidance of Islam.

Army is the custodian of the country. Soldiers lay down their lives for the country. Their job is such that they get retirement or retired early.In China and other countries, they are absorbed permanently in Govt services for the rest of life till 60 years.This is special service where no other job can be got.In civil service,the servants do multiple jobs I.e properties business, operating educational institutions and other businesses. Soldiers cannot do any job when in service.Their welfare is must to keep their morale high.Unnecessary expenses should be curtailed.

This pension is the only source of income for retirees. They have to meet the expenses of medical treatment, marriages of their children. Pensions more than two lacs ,may be considered taxable but not less than that.

Pension pey 1 ya 2% text ke tajwez darust ha Ziada se ziada pension 5 lakh honi chahyay.

Another legal point is that when a soldier is enrolled in the Army ,he enters into a contract with tge State .On fulfilling the contractual obligations, he gets retirement. The new pensions schemes can't be applied to them retrospectively.The old soldiers served according to the laws in force then.The new polices with regard to soldiers 's pensions cannot be applied to old soldiers whose pensions are already too small ,according to old rates of pensions. The higher Court will strike down such unlawful acts.

Every citizen above the age of 60 year be given pension . In canada every citizen above 65 years is given pension. The Army service is the toughest, requires 100% physical fitness. So they are retired at the early stage. Suppose a soldier retires at the age of 32,he is given 30000(thirty) as pension. If he joins another Govt service ,on completing 60 years ,he gets second pension as 20000(twenty thousand) .Add both the pensions. The army pension is 30000(thirty) +20000(twenty) = Sum total becomes 50000(fifty). The expertise should consider the actual amount drawn of both the pensions. On the contrary, if a civil servant gets two lacs as a single pension .He is saved because that is a single pension. Furthermore, the aggrieved will go to the highest judiciary. The law,according to which old pension is drawn cannot be changed retrospectively. They lose their limbs,life .IPPs are taking 'capacity payments. Expenses on protocols, perks and privileges of MNAs /MPAs allocation of development grants should be cut instead of cut in the soldiers pensions. Some are invalid in the wars.

اگر کوئی شخص فوج کے شارٹ سروس کمیشن سے دس سال پورے کر کے ریٹائر ہوا ہو اور وہاں سے پینشن لے رہا ہو، پھر اس نے کسی پرائیویٹ ادارے میں سترہ سال کام کیا اور ای او بی آئی پینشن بھی لے رہا ہو تو کیا اس کے لئے بھی کوئی واضح قانون ہے؟

Sir in case of multiple pension either from Army or Civil, there should be limit of both pensions ie if a person is drawing his Ist pension of Rs 45000 and after that that from 2nd pension he is drawing Rs 20000 his total amount of pension is Rs 65000 which is too meagre to meet his expenses,, there fore,, there must be a limit of by multiplying both the pensions other wise it would be unjustified for old pensioners

New law cannot be applied to old pensioners .They will go to higher courts if they are unlawfully dealt with.

The Army is a sacred institution which defends the country.When you feed a horse well it will give you a good ride.They sacrifice their lives for the country.They dye young .Who will look after their families: the daughters and sons.Every country give some welfare concessions to their soldiers.If a soldier sitting in Sia chin glacier, is worried about monetary problems, how he will fight.Our country is surrounded by enemies and hostile forces. If a soldier retires at the age of 32 years getting a meagre pension and is employed in another Govt job.He will get a meagre amount from the 2nd pension .Add both the pensions,the amount again will be a small one.They should be encouraged and in high morale to fight well.Their job is the toughest. The perks and privilege of the ministers,MNAs/MPAs should be minimized. The grant given to other support programs should be minimized where corruption is in full swing.Save Army and save Pak.

کوئی بھی بڑے سٹور کا مالک اپنے ورکر کو 35،000 سیلری نہیں دیتا۔ اگر کوئی کوشش کرے تو نوکری سے فارغ۔ امیر لوگ ایک ہی جنریشن میں کئی پلازوں کے مالک بن جاتے ہیں اور ورکر بیچارہ ساری زندگی میں 3 مرلہ کا مکان نہیں بنا سکتا۔ اس ناہموار تقسیم کی ذمہ دار اشرافیہ ہے۔

سویلین 60 سال تک نوکری کر سکتے ہیں مگر فوجی کو 60 سال تک نوکری نہیں کرنے دی جاتی اگر فوجیوں کو بھی 60 سال تک نوکری کرنے دیں باقی فوج اور سویلین کی نوکری میں بہت فرق ہے فوجی جاننثار ہیں اور سویلین کیا ہیں
