When I was child all this mountains around you were deeply white of snow until end of March, it's incredible how much the whether has changed. Since you came in Italy you never experienced a real Nord Lombardy winter,maybe it's over forever. Ciao.

Love love your utube. You are such a hard worker. I had an idea about the layout of your kitchen. You could put an island in front of where you plan on putting the sink and cabinets. You could build in cabinets in the island which would provide storage and you could have seats so you could eat there. Also, if you put wheels on the island you could move it out when you have company for dinner and it would provide a full table for seating . This layout would provide room for a couch and chairs near the fireplace and would not be so crowded. Just some thoughts.
