My eyes popped out when I first heard about this too! Making Dimond at standard pressure!? I was so happy to hear about this.
Can’t trust diamonds anymore. This will decrease the price of diamonds sharply. So it is not “diamonds forever” but “it is gold forever” until they find a way of making artificial gold…

They have had synthetic diamonds for ages guys. Just not made in this way.
