Hello ! Thank you for this. If one were to fly out of gate “C”s at Terminal 1, would it people have easy access to the lounge ? … I read some comment somewhere that one will have to go outside of the security area and go through it again ? .. I see that this is near Gate G … but not sure how easy / close the lounge is for someone who is flying out of gate C

@JamesBae-ms2cb, the lounge is in Main Terminal (near Gate G & H) where else Gate C is in the Satellite building. If you are taking Economy class, you will need to take the shuttle bus (free) and if you are taking Business/First class, there will be premium transport (free).

i literally registered this one credit card due to this benefit 😂thank you for this!

You get this lounge after security check or before? Like in KLIA 2.. the plaza lounge is located in the mall area and cannot be accessed after immigration check.

@ajitkr.mahanty1502, this lounge is after security check in KLIA1. For the Plaza Premium Lounge in KLIA2, yes, you are right, it is before security check.

Hi Zacc, wonderful video. If i use my credit card to gain free access into the lounge, is the buffet free? Also whats the difference between the 2 lounges? If i can use my credit card for one , does that mean i can also gain free access to the other? tqvm for you help.

@chankinwah1963, if you can gain access to the lounge, the buffet is free. If you plan to use complimentary access through credit card, then it depends on your credit card. You may check the privilege of your CC before you go. If your card can access Plaza Premium First, then I will suggest you to choose that. Just keep in mind that you can only access to one lounge via 1 access through CC. Accessing both will require 2 complimentary access.

Alcoholic drinks and beer are included in the free access or we have to pay an additional charge for whiskey and vodka?

Only beer is included in the access. All other alcohol got to pay.

The walkway to ppl mean by accessing PPF then can ho to PPL as well for free?

@karsingyap6076, yes, there are a certain credit cards only which provides access to PPF lounge. I suggest you to check with the receptionist during your next visit.

@weihongloke, if I have a choice, I will go for Plaza Premium First for the privacy. But PPL is not too bad also as it is new. Depends on your personal preference too.

Hey do u have any information abt that if we access it through certain credit cards which gives lounge access free as a benefit. Then abt how much time we can use the lounge on the basis of credit will there be a time limit then also on these lounges?
