NEW Photos surface of the MOON! Improved detail! Orion spacecraft, Artemis 1 mission
New photos of the Moon! I increased the detail, processed the pictures and show you interesting details of the relief! Write what it reminds you of?
I also compare my photographs taken through a telescope (at the beginning of the video).
Orion spacecraft shooting, Artemis 1 mission (Artemis).
Video in high resolution, when watching, do not forget to expand the video to full screen and select the "high quality" image in the player.
The optical navigation camera mounted on the Orion spacecraft (Artemis 1 mission) captured these views of the lunar surface. On the 20th day of the flight, the spacecraft made a rendezvous with the Moon. Orion uses an optical navigation camera to capture images of the Earth and the Moon in different phases and distances, providing an enhanced data set to confirm its performance in various lighting conditions to help orient the spacecraft on future crewed missions.

That is quite difficult, because no picture is taken from the same camera position as any other picture. Every picture would need its own individual scale. This can be done if somebody takes the navigation data and lines it up to the photos. But I'm not sure the navigation data has been declassified. But yeah quite difficult since both the camera and the moon itself are moving in their own individual fashion.

Geology. It's really very interesting. On the moon, the rocks in the depths are denser than on the surface. As with the earth or Mars ... When a meteorite hits, an event similar to an explosion occurs, a shock wave occurs. Rocks and stones are shattered, cracked and scattered to the sides and up. Some of them fall back, filling the bottom of the crater. There are craters that are filled with solidified lava.

So with no reference present on the picture it all becomes way to abstract. Maybe having a ruler that popped up now and then would make it easier to take in. Cheers

Very nice! I zoomed in and slowed down. Some areas were very clear while suddenly, others were distorted and extremely pixelated. I've seen that B4 when things were being hidden or covered up. Interesting. 🌕🌔🌓🌚🌗🌖 🔭I'm surprised there's no translation app. I'd love to read the other comments🔭
