Yobseyo Ya'll! I want to apologize for the error. The M03 actually has 203 DPI not 300 DPI. I overlooked this because why since the M02 Pro has 300 DPI , why downgrade back to 203 DPI as seen in the M02?! I have emailed Phomemo to ask about this, if I get a response I will relay that info. I will say based on all 3 machines, the M03 prints just as good as my M02 PRO. However, there IS a noticeable difference between the M02 and M02 PRO. I personally, do not see a difference between the M02 PRO and M03. Whew! Ok! Hope ya'll enjoy 😁

Yay! I hope you have lots of fun. Mine has been very versatile. I’ve actually used mine to print photo stickers and custom stickers for presents. I think its a fun way to personalize Christmas gifts.

Could you please confirm what sizes of paper that can be used. I wish to at times print labels as small as 15mm wide or 25mm wide and also go to print full 80mm. Web sit dictates only 2 sizes 80mm and 50mm. How versatile. Many thanks.

This was the video I was looking for - and you were the ONLY one who addressed most of my issues. Thank you, Valerie. My only question is - after 18 months, do you still suggest the MO3 because of its larger-size paper capacity? Or is the MO2 PRO just as good if we are not considering paper size? I like the whole idea of having the paper in the machine itself; not having a separate piece to hold the roll. That would be the MO2 Pro I am looking at. HOWEVER. Have you had a better experience with the MO3? It's not a big PRICE difference - it's just the size and relative unwieldiness of the two separate pieces. SO. I have never had even ONE of these printers, and I want to make the right choice. And I know that when this video was made, you said go for the MO3 if you can. But it seems to me that the MO2 Pro ALSO takes the smaller sized of tape - so basically I would be going for an extra inch with the MO3, but the apparatus itself is much larger, and in two parts. Unlike you, I am only planning on having one. I think I have actually answered my own question, about the size - but still want to hear from you if there are any noticeable differences in the quality of the printing with the MO3 v. MO2 Pro. Because I would have to take that into consideration. Thanks for the video!

Btw you don’t need to use a scissor. It has a cut blade on the machine just rip it off. For what I reached they have 2 different apps certain princes have their own apps that they use the label printer have their own app so m03 can’t use label sheets from m220 and m110 I went in the setting in the app and it’s not listed on the app. If you go on website you can check what kind of lables goes with what printer even though it looks like you can put all types of size but it won’t connect to the apps

Does the m03 work only with the mobile phomemo app? Is there a driver to download to print from any app? Also, when you said even though the labels fit, it won't connect to the app, do you mean like the labels with gap like the 1.25x2.25 labels? Sorry for all the questions 😅

Phomemo M03 doesn't allow the 15mm label. It only use 2 sizes of labels. I was able to print shipping labels too in a smaller scale but it did work with USPS too. Thanks for sharing the colors! I wanted pink but it has the clear top and I need more color Lol

Can you just print text like you wanted to write a post it note or do you alway have to select a image. If so would like to see how you do a post it note

Excellent video! I just ordered several different machines by this company and your reviews give me encouragement. I’m also concerned about the excess wasted paper you mentioned. I’d save those scraps - especially if you have a Cricut or any cutting machine. You could make cute stickers out of those. ☺️

Hi, Val! Thanks for the comparison. I would to see a quick video comparison of photos printed from the M03 (203dpi) and the M02 Pro (300dpi). I want to buy one of these and I'm a little disappointed that the M03, although it prints larger images, has lower dots per inch.

Hi Claudette, no worries this is the most asked question I have received. I have a video showing the comparison of the M02, M02 Pro, and the M03 against each other. If the link is not in my description the video is on my channel. But in my opinion the M03 prints just as good as the M02 Pro. I use both regularly and they appear to be the same based on the machines I have. The M02 however, does not print as well it is slightly grainy compared to the other two. Hope this helps

You can definitely chose photos from your device and it will print them. You can print photos or clip art , etc. Hope this helps :)

Hi Tonia, you know I never thought of that! I also use pre printed address labels for my outgoing mail and I dont see why you couldn’t?! I will say if you lined up multiples in a row it should print out a long sheet of them…I will have to try this but again I don’t see why it couldn’t!

Is it worth it to get the M03 or is the M02 Pro still better and more worth it?

I got the M03! The only thing I’m iffy about it is the paper carriage that’s separate and magnetized. I feel like I need to handle it with care so I don’t pop it out and have to readjust the paper roll again. How are liking the M03 now after all this time?

Hi There, I agree about the magnetized paper but I don’t carry my around, it lives at my desk so its not been a deal breaker. I love mine I use the M03 for larger prints and the M02 Pro for smaller (so I don’t have to keep changing out paper sizes I can just use both). About the 15mm paper, I answered this to another commenter as well, I have not tried it myself because i don’t have any, however when you connect it to the app, the 15mm label option is in there. I may order the 15mm paper and give it a go and if I do I will make a new video and hopefully answer this for everyone :)

For the life of me I just don't understand why they would make the mo3 with 203 DPI they made it bigger for us to print photos but left us with the lower quality photo option I also have the peripage 4 inch mini thermal printer and it prints photos out well on there 4 in paper and it takes three different sizes of paper but overall their app and features are not as good and the 107 mm thermal paper is pretty hard to find

With this type of printers that is an inevitable thing especially in areas that are exposed to hotter temperatures

M03 can u print on round paper?

The M03 seems to never rip off clean , scissors seem better

Hi Amber, in my opinion, its prints just the same as the M02 Pro. I couldn’t believe they don’t have the same DPI, Either one is a great option, the M03 will just give you more size options :)

Hi There, sorry for the late reply, I have not myself tried the 15mm printing because I don’t have any paper that size. However the paper bar does adjust for that size and when you connect the M03 to the app, the 15mm label option opens up. So based on this I’m assuming. But, now that you’ve asked perhaps I will order the 15mm and we can try it?
