This game looks interesting, but the combat dynamics are quite ridiculous, half of the time it looks like an episode from Benny Hill/Scooby Doo, and then we have situations like at 22:00, a guy behind a door that keeps opening it, and the other one keeps closing it pounding on the wall with the weapon, what the heck?

The nerf to Throwing axes ( from 2 to 1 ) fuked barbarian hard, with the 2 shout nerfs % wise and Seconds wise. Barb is the weakest class atm and no one can say otherwise.

barbs are not great, but a stacked bank account makes them *somewhat* viable, your a skilled player, so when I see BARBS ARE OP in the thumbnail, i know its cap, your just good at the game

They are not great, but simple and easy to use. Being a new player is like heaven, you will crush the 90% of the other players, until you get meet someone with skill.

Hey update i tested this build with 30% action speed eith onky about 170 hp and my oh my is it a ton of fun 😂😂😂 granted i was duo with a ranger and i tested because i was bored of fellinf axe speed barb

My only gripe with this game is some classes are garbage with grey gear so the balancing is broken for new players

Ya I mean if you have 10k plus gold for a kit you have to have full bis to compete with classes like cleric in blues

hey dimo! maybe consider using a de-esser or turn down the 5khz -7khz frequencies on the voice track of your videos? since your voice comes through as extremely sibilant ( the sss and shhh sounds are very penetrating to the ears) in the videos and can be uncomfortable to listen to especially for people who are sensitive to the higher frequencies. love the videos man

Thank you for a tip, I will try to find how to solve this. I also noticed my sh and sss being pretty loud, especially on pc end. I mainly try to focus on phone quality cause I noticed 60% of views come from phones. Once again thank you for the tip!

Dimo Love your content but as someone getting into the game it's never as easy as you make it out to be of course. Would you advise a new player to just keep practicing under 25 gear score normals or go into HR for the harder content?

Play Normals until you start feeling the confidence. High roller for pve only atm. You won't find many players and it's extremely boring

@@stevenabshire I'm not sweating it. I'm asking what is the best for learning. Losing is going to happen during the learning process but if you constantly get beat down without having a real chance it's definitely difficult to learn from that. There's a progression to it of course.

Game is in easy mod right now. If people leaving the game it's mainly due to the reason it's not for them. Originally this game was meant to be a hard core and this is what it was when it came out, it was too difficult, people complained and now it's a soft core game🫠

@@DnDimo maybe if you have a few thousand hours or this is your type of game normally. Since it's the first time I've played it or anything like it I find it difficult. Normals is easy for PVE but PVP against players with thousands of hours of experience or even hundreds at this point is quite difficult. I'm glad it's easy mode for you but I guarantee it's not for everyone. Thanks for rubbing it in though. Lol

Dimo I think I ran into you yesterday! Makes sense I lost that fight then. I was a fighter that found a barb wearing your exact gear set and chased you down with a crossbow, I hit you like 3 times, and you ran into the goblin prisons, and missed hitting the door a few times so I tried to kill you with my longsword, but you were able to turn on me. Just curious was that you?

oh cause mainly the High Roller with new patch making is almost always empty. You would need to search for 2-3 hours to get 1 good lobby. While in normals people bring out their good gear. I think there could be another hidden gear score (that throws all the most geared players from the que, I could be wrong on that, but I been encountering too many geared players in normals lobbies compare to usual)

NERFING ISNT THE ANSWER I have been playing since literally the first playtest. I loved this game (and still do despite what it’s become) this game started out being nearly perfect so much fun with wide variety of strategies to choose from. Then, like a bull that desired to be free of its rider, the game shook off its player base by making wrong decision after wrong decision all because of the ocean of screaming opinions in their discord making it impossible to choose the right decision. Sadly I have to watch another game after The cycle frontier, shrivel up and wither away due to poor management. If I had a recommendation to the dev team at ironmace it is: nerfing random modifiers and nerfing entire characters or items isn’t making the balance more fun. The exact opposite was required… buffing what is weaker and LEAVING WHAT IS GOOD ALONE. First league of legends with their constant balance mania, then rust removing recoil after years of deserved praise… and this game is already the next victim. -minus one consumer

If I pay you would you play with me in duos and teach me some stuff? Haha, serious

Its not another broken class everyone at 500 gear score is broken and it kills the game. Gotta love going into a lobby to just get destroyed by someone with insane gear. Its not play style, builds, or skill it comes down to gear and thats it. All the free to play player base have already started to leave the game behind I hope your content brings players and what not but this game is already dead for me.
