About a year ago, the firm started the second New Partner Program (NPP) as part of our Human Capital Development initiative. The NPP is RHTLaw Asia's investment into our younger generation of leaders, not just partners.
Shaun was one of the four partner trainees who received his closing commendation recently. With this new role, Shaun said he needs to be responsible to his colleagues and the firm, and most importantly, to his clients.
