About a year ago, the firm started the second New Partner Program (NPP) as part of our Human Capital Development initiative. The NPP is RHTLaw Asia's investment into our younger generation of leaders, not just partners.
Nandhu was one of the four partner trainees who received her closing commendation recently. With this new role, Nandhu hopes to spearhead and facilitate more collaborative activities so that we can reach out to more clients, service our exisiting clients effectively, and continue to be their trusted advisors.
