Thank you very much for that demo. I have just bought one last week ( previously had the smaller dual ninja). However I prefer the concept of this one being bigger and I like you can separate it. In the UK I paid £269!! I don’t worry about the basket being bigger, my husband has volunteered to wash it out after every use!

Upgraded mine today excited to use it perfect for meal preps.

Thanks for the review.they made a exact same air fryer for UK market it’s called mega zone but little bigger capacity,I think it’s more practical to have a larger one drawer style so ppl can bake a whole chicken and more food to serve a realistic amount of food for a family.

@@kinglord5429 Even their brand name was funny but you are right, yhey improved and surpassed almost every competitor, especially the Instant brand.

Have you tried fitting the dualzone baskets in this to see if they fit?

It’s cool having a large basket but ideally I would like Ninja to offer twin baskets as an optional extra. I guess it wouldn’t make good business sense

How do you bake in it? Can I take the grates out and use the drawer as the "baker" ? or should I use a baking dish to fit the drawer?

got mine just last week from Costco for $104.00 :)

So I don't really understand the difference between Match Cook and Megazone, does the unit know if the divider is in? If not why not just select Megazone, keep the divider in, and the whole basket should run at your temp and time. Or am I missing something?

How to prevent the bottom not to peel off ?

The 10 quart works well but i find when using both baskets it flip flops between heating elements since the power cord is not rated for such a high load..this unfortunately males cook times much longer. Also, the cord does get pretty warm too. On this model with the mega basket, does it perform the same way when the insert is out? It would be interesting to see a comparison french fry test using both baskets in the 10 qt vs the single megazone one the 7qt. Can you do this with the same volume of fries and see which works best?

You can't run to 1700 watt devices at the same time just way to much power burn your house down.

great vid, i noticed when you open the door , it doesn't pause the cook time. I'm legally blind so it takes me time to flip food etc Other than that I'm temped to try it out. Thanks so much for all the great vids you do

I've cooked 2 whole chickens in this airfryer. I have the UK version and the first meal I cooked was a whole chicken and it tasted amazing. Did it again the following week with the same result. I wouldn't cook a chicken any other way now.

I noticed in the UK we have prove, looks like yours doesn't have that function wonder why.

Hello, great demo. Is the interior of the air fryer stainless steel or metal? Because the one I have is plastic inside and I need to avoid plastic air flyers. Thanks!

Question. When you cook item in zone 1 it takes 15 minutes. If you cook the same exact item in zone two, you have to double the cook to 30 minutes. Is this concept true for the mega basket? Can I cook the food in mega mode for 15 minutes? I currently have ninja dual zone.

no, just because you add more food doesnt mean the cooking time get longer, it stays the same for the same food

I am totally new to air fryers. Can you cook battered or breaded fish ,oysters etc. Thanks for good review

Power XL was the first to make one air fryer with a convertible two to one chamber but darn, that brand reliability is awful.

Teflon causes cancer is it just the divider that's made of that poison or the whole basket, kind of been trying to use just stainless steel, but ninja products mostly seem to be using aluminium coated with Teflon both bad if they come in contact with your food.

I’d think it’d be much less severe then more surface heated teflon or some one say backing a potato in foil which leaches much more. It’ll still be something to consider though. Food for thought of food.

I have it it’s not really deep.. I tough It was more deeper.. I kind a disappointed..

Bloody con. Nigh on £300 , no proper cook book. No accessories, spent hours trawling Amazon no accessory fits it.
