A day trip to Edinburgh for a little Christmas shopping and Christmas markets! Also I planned to coincide with the date, as exactly 10 years ago, on the 28th November 2009 I also flew with easyJet also for a day trip to Edinburgh! I was actually travelling on a standby ticket as the flight was overbooked. At the gate I was immediately allocated seat 2F, which was also a bonus!
We were on board a fairly new NEO, less than 3 months old, and unfortunately, we were delayed due to a technical fault with the aircraft. Engineering were quick to come and we pushed back about 30 minutes after the scheduled departure time. A nice morning flight and crew. We eventually arrived in Edinburgh about 15 minutes late.
