That makes soooo much more sense now! I finally understand why warm colors pull super warm on me and sometimes even some cool tones. Its because I am somewhat Neutral ig.

This video was beautiful and amazing!! Love this palette but the set up confused me a lot and almost never used it because of that. So, I rearranged the rows and now I can’t stop using it!

Such pretty looks, Love how you made the multi chrome so wearable. Also…The swatch comparison’s really show the nuances in undertone, so helpful!! Dream looked much more neutral/cool in the first promo pics, but seeing those matte browns swatched next to glam ….yeah it’s warm! My preference is the more neutral/cool mattes in glam, which are still kinda difficult to find.

I totally agree. So many KZreadrs go smoky and intense using like 18 shades at once but these looks are wearable for me, being fair skinned!

It's nice to see the comparisons especially as ND shades are magnetic... You can take the shades that are similar in her other palettes and just build the palette. I think the Sunset has a few shades that overlap too. The berry and the orangey shimmer.. The gold and warm brown shimmer

THIS is the comparison video I was looking for… 🤗 I only wish you would have shown a full comparison with DR2 (and maybe also bronze seduction?) like you did Huetopian Dream, instead of just the special shades. Or did you leave those out because you didn’t think they were similar enough? The looks are sooo beautiful, but I feel like I can dupe these colors with my collection so I’m trying hard to resist temptation 🙈😅 also I have the same issue as you with a lot of shades pulling warm on my skin… I can easily see those peaches looking orange on me 😬

Really love all the makeup looks! They are so inspiring and I really want to try the second look if I get this palette! I'm also a cool toned lover with neutral skin, so it's really helpful to find someone with similar skin tone and taste. I'm debating if I should grab retro or dream palette during the VIB sale, I also really love Pat Mcgrath's Moonlit seduction. From the comparisons they all kinda have similarities, but I'm still not sure if they can totally replace each other. Wondering which one (s) is your favorite?

oooh between retro and dream… so hard to pick 😭 I think honestly I like retro better, just cuz it’s cooler/pinker which fits better into my tastes. The my dream palette is a bit warmer than I prefer but for fall it’s great since I’m leaning into warmer tones these days! but if I had to pick one based on personal preference I would still pick retro 💖💜 Edit: sorry I also wasn’t sure from ur comment if u have the PMG moonlit seduction or were wanting it; but if u don’t have it moonlit seduction is my fav out of the 3!!! however I would wait for a PMG sale (actually they might have one going on rn I forget) bc she does 30% off on her website vs. Sephora VIB is only 20% off. Hope that helps!!

hahah great q!! most likely no, since it does seem very similar and the parts that are different are in a way that I don’t like LOL

If you want your eye looks to “pull” more cool try using a cool toned eye base first. I don’t know what you use but a lot of eye bases and concealers are warm so they will warm up any shadow you put on top. Very pretty!

@@StacyChenBeauty you can even use eyeliner but Bobbi brown and Laura mercier have pretty taupe eye wands. I’ve never tried those but I want to. Mac has a paint pot called groundwork that I really like! You could do a whole video, what’s the best cool toned eye base…

I really don't like the paint splash packaging. It looks cheap unlike her usual packaging

You and I are foundation twins, we are both neutral palefaces. So I look to your reviews to see how the colors in palettes look. Although I have medium grey green eyes and almost white hair. I also have the problem of so many colors pulling warm on me. It's frustrating because peach and orangey colors don't really work with my coloring and that has been a trend for quite some time now. Having said all that, you really made this palette work and my interest is piqued, so I'm going to go into a Sephora and see the colors for myself.

I am late to the party but this review was great and you make the shades that I found off putting (the purple and orange duochrome shades) very wearable and pretty. I only own ND glam face palette as I prefer very sparkly textured shades and ND normally seems a little flat or average even compared to ABH’s new formula. I will have a look at this one though. Those PML comparisons ❤
