Hey Emily, hope you’re well. I’m happy, good and well thank you good evening love this Summer morning routine video. I have really enjoyed this summer morning routine so much. It made me so motivated and happy. It’s time to have some summer holiday fun with Emily! 🥰😊❤️😘🇹🇷🦋😍🎉🏝️🎈🌺♥️🏖️☀️🎶💕. It’s really lovely to see what your family summer morning is like on a weekday. The blue jumper is so beautiful. I love your routines and all of your videos so much because they make me happy. Jackson is so sweet drinking his juice. Watermelon is so good and lovely in the summer time as it is a summer fruit. Papaya mango and strawberries are also summer fruits which also taste so amazing. I like having showers or baths also curly or straight hair on myself every time. I tend to wake up at round 6am, 7am and occasionally at 8am every morning because it gives me an hour to get myself sorted and ready for the day. I love coffees with coconut milk because it’s really good taste as well. I try and remember to take my vitamin D drinks everyday without forgetting to have them. I like curling and straight hair. I like water, apples, oranges and grapes. Those IKEA alphabet cookies sound wonderful. I like biscuits, chocolate, cakes and cookies too. I love doing my skincare routine at night because it’s one less thing to worry about in the morning for me. I love using the Lancôme face wash cream or a different face wash cream works well on my skin. Otherwise I do think my Lancôme face cream wash is better. I like doing my hair, clothes, workout exercises, makeup and perfume if I go out for the day with my family. The juice delivery sounds fantastic. Cheese bagels and strawberries are nice. Porridge with sugar, maple syrup and fruit sound delicious. Pancakes, waffles and toast are great. I love the new chore charts! I like lattes, walking with my family and cousins to spend time with them in the fresh air. I like your omelette! I like coconut milk. I love cleaning and vacuuming baths and showers as well. Water is so good to drink to keep us stay hydrated. Orange, apples and Ikea alphabet cookies sound yummy. Grapes are delicious! I love doing my skincare routine at night because it keeps my skin clean, healthy and fresh. I like using a face wash cream to wash my face too. My favourite face wash cream to use is Lancôme pump face cream at the moment. I like doing my hair, workout exercises and makeup to make me feel presentable too. The juices sound really nice! Cheese bagels and strawberries are tasty. Porridge with sugar, maple syrup and fruit is scrumptious and filling. We are moving Lee and of the month. My wife wants to start packing up the boys bedrooms the boys are 5 and 6. When would you recommend taking down beds? My wife wants to taking apart the bunk bed she's thinking of putting mattresses on the floor for the kids. What is your opinion about sleeping on mattresses on the floor when would you start taking down kids beds?

Love your vid as always! I would suggest to please be careful with intermittent fasting. It’s not good for women’s hormones. It ruined mine so much so I had trouble conceiving my 3rd child after having had no trouble conceiving before. Don’t want to come off as judgy just wanted to raise awareness 😊

A couple notes about fasting.. women should only do 16/8. So fasting for 16 hours and then eating window of 8 hours. Also, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So eat breakfast! Don't skip it. Instead, skip dinner. Because your body burns fat while you sleep and it would be better if you fast at night. Hope it helps. I just learned this and I plan to give it a try.
