Great way to start this class with the seated circles. I needed that slow stretchy start for an early morning practice. The twists and emphasis on the stomach were gentle reminders to eat my beets!

@@moonmedicineyoga I love fresh beets, I shred them with my food processor shredding blade and then add fresh lemon and flax seed oil. I eat them just like that or add to salads, soup, stew, chili, just about anything! So good for thinning the bile to keep your gallbladder functioning properly. Definitely see you for the September Full Moon! Blessed Mabon.
