I feel the best place for us to be in the present - that's where the gifts are. Yes, we think about the past and the future, yet by living in the present, we are in the best place to express ourselves in the future. By being in the present we are able to observe and experience life to the fullest; for it is that one moment in time and we can never go back to that time. I love your insights Gregory and you are an amazing gift to the world!

POWER OF NOW

I say all time is relative as everything is happening all at once. Yet being present is the most essential moment that affects your future and past. To being beyond hardships of the past and understanding what you do now effects the direct you head in. Like planting a seed 🌱 that becomes a tree. Today I will prepare the soil to plant some seeds.

There’s no blur button on TVs, but the blur setting in video effects is used for dreams, illusions, fainting, flashbacks and going into or out of fugue states.

Examine the past take the learning then leave it, it has taught you everything it has at that point. The present is the only reality and most of what we cling to from the past is not in our best interest 😊 Our life is a choice.
