That's just right we are tired of having a lawless country people have forgotten that every country is ruled by law people do as they feel because there's no law in this.

I think I agree on this one bandla but I feel sorry for those in prison for things they never did

It will I still fear for criminals instead of them feeling they can do crime and just do jail time and come out on bail .

He can't just make decisions based on his capacity. The Constitution is the most superrme law of the land and section 11 of the Constitution grants the right to life for all citizens it would be impossible to alter the laws of the Constitution based on merely being a minster. It can't be... Knowledge is power and people should equip themselves with knowledge in order to not spread untruthful information which may be misleading hence research is of paramount importance.

What about innocent people who are poor and take the fall for things yheu did not do because people with money can pay for things like that. There are so many people in jail who are innocent... Death penalty in this country... Wow might as well call it murder... Justice can never be served...

You do know that the death penalty isn't handed out willy nilly, right? Generally, it is reserved for serial rapists and pre-meditated 1st degree murderers.

The thing with death penalty is that only black people will get it or those who cannot afford pricey lawyers
