This whole region is genius, I've always seen Minecraft mods like pixelmon but never thought about Minecraft FAKEMON. The artist did such a perfect job, i would even play this if it was a game!

Neither is the Elder Gaurdian.

Moocelium should have a brown form. Also love the Villager mons. I imagine a town in the mc region in which everyone has one of them.

A shiney verison of the sheep as the Jeb_ easter egg would be pretty sick

I love the creativity! I would’ve stopped at hostile mobs, but they found a way to include passive mobs and add dozens of references that should be obvious but are somehow not…

I like this since they respected the Normal type.

it's kinda a shame that there's not much dragon types in here but there's plenty rare type combos that i can't rlly complain

This needs to be a Minecraft mod it would be so cool to replace all creatures with Minecraft pokemon with actual capturing and battles

It could easily be made as a cobblemon addon. I am making my own so i won't but if you really want it you could make it yourself.

I think my only criticism is the lack of evolutions, having a lot of single or bo evolutions for a good portion of the pokemon

I've got some pre-evolutions I still need to make to technically have included all forms of all mobs but I might come back someday and make extra evolutions just for fun. Also there are some Megas in the works.

Tabbyfast being based on the Jellie cat specifically got me emotional I would 100% have it on my team

For the limited inspiration to draw on, mostly just being real animals and normal monsters, I think this does a great job of making these look like pokemon. I like tangloom especially.

I think it would have been cool if the allay and the vex had a shared pre-evolution that evolved via friendship, high friendship for the allay and low friendship for the vex (would be the first evolution that needs low friendship)

A missed opportunity to give Porkchub the ability to megaevolve to an explosive version and slightly greener (Homage to how creepers were mismodeled pigs)

Love the concept would love to see a rom hack with these Minecraft Pokemon and I think if they did Herobrine should be the evil team leader and Notch can be the League Champion

Definitely the pillager mobs, thematically at least.

I think it Would be cool if the Vex would either evolve into a Ghost Dark Type or a Ghost Fairy Type based on the Allay so that they could be related.

The Wardoom line probably learns a lot of sound-based moves and I’d bet they’d even get a signature Dark-type move called Skulk Shriek which does a ridiculous amount of damage. Maybe it’s a Tinkaton case where its Special Attack isn’t actually that great but the ridiculous power of Skulk Shriek more than makes up for it. Only downside is it can’t be used twice in a row or something.

Skelbow should also have a evolution based on the newest member of the skeleton family. It could be poison grass and the method to get it could be based off of it having moss on it, maybe getting hit by a certain move and not fainting during a battle? (So just bring a focus band give it u turn if it learns it then find a Pokémon with the required move wait for it to use the attack and then u-turn out into a stronger mon and when the battle is over they evolve into this form)

It was a missed opportunity to make the villager evolve into the iron golem but my favorite is the wither or the enderdragon

I swear I'd become a grass trainer, between Jackolanche, Snifflora, Velocelot, Mooblossom, Pangrow, and Frosweet I'd have a full team of grass types from this region plus a Grassplode in my box

As a minecraft and pokemon player I've never been a fan of pixelmon but this would fit great into a minecraft-inspired region!

I love the addition of Pokémon infinite fusion splicers!

This reminds of the time I convinced a middle school classmate I was making Blockémon, a Minecraft parody of Pokémon, with several “versions”, Baa Baa Sheep and Oinky Oinky Pig, Inferno and Abyss. I could never decide on what the Professor’s name would be due to the variety of wood in Minecraft.

Would love to see cobblemon models made for these, these have pretty interesting thought put into them

Yo these things are frickin sickkk like I can get over how boss like the new and improved wither & ender dragon are

The witherrain is like Darkrai but better, definitely my favorite.

Would love to play a game based on this concept! I think it would be cool being a fan of both Minecraft and Pokémon!

I love this. Personally though I'd only include the Endrigon and Withereign as box art legendaries like in Pokemon Red and Blue but with Pokemon Nether and Pokemon End. Then I'd have the Elderock, Wardoom, Ravagiant, and Golemight be the Pseudo-Legendaries. I'd also probably have Noseplinth be a second evolution for Gopper into Golemight to complete the 3 forms and have Bloqwil be the first evolution of Gardeon and Elderock. That's pretty much all I'd change tho, everything else is kinda tight. With that being said, I still think this is epic as hell and should totally be added to the Cobblemon Mod to replace the vanilla Minecraft mobs entirely, literally just make the default mobs captureable but with these funky new designs and stuff. Now THAT would be sick.

I love that hungryops is also based on eryops(I think..) which was a prehistoric amphibian

Water type is the best. Plus glow squid is an awsome mob. I do not care that it is almost pointless its the charm of it.

A better idea i thought about was horses with armour but each armour signifying a different stat gold horse armour for speed diamond for defence iron for a jack of all traits.

Im also going for the water starter

Grass starter I love creeper because when you think about Minecraft and when I think about Minecraft I think creeper

the impression that i get from the final stages of most evolution line is that they seem like they could fit into the single stage evo stat range that official pokemon have. The region u covered in this video is really cool in that the designs feel complete but still there is something that can be done with them. Majority of them fully evolved ones are based on set idea of mobs and you cant really wander off from that base concept. But the thing i'd love seeing is mega evos for some of them, because mega evos turn the offical designs up a notch, and fakemon here are great as they are, but imagine some of them going mega, now that would be epic (not as epic as this video)

Honestly if it didn't split evolve the piglin Pokémon would arguably make a better starter desgine wise then the strider did, especially sense it looks shockingly similar to a starter lime we already have (emboar)

If I was playing this: Starter/Grass - Grassplode Fire - Infernover Water - Watlotl or Barnacone Flying - Blowze Ghost - Vexie Extra - Endermon or Steediamond

there is an unusual ammount of animal plant combinations

A change i would make is have is making the region have just two games getting rid of prismarine and have the story be a mix of ruby/sapphire and legends having the legendaries be exclusive to their game and you having to stop a invasion of the nether or end

Someone should make this a cobblemon addon

Gimmick for the sculk Pokémon would be that all there attacks are reactionary and are mostly slow, defensive, and supporting Pokémon. sensculk & Skrieker can echo or copy moves, heal or buff Pokémon in holding, or scare away pokemon and force a switch out. Skrieker never stays evolved as Wardoom instead it changes forms in combat after being attacked 4 times then changes back after the enemy Pokémon faints or when combat ends.
