I didn’t feel like the burn was terrible in these plumping glosses.🔥 Like you, I liked the Hot Cocoa shade the best❣️ It doesn’t have a lot of pigment like the more reddish shade is. I haven’t been able to try the NYX Duck gloss yet. I felt like the burn wasn’t as bad as the Too Faced gloss… wait, I’m not sure if it’s the one you mentioned..? The one you mentioned felt like it was more intense than the Lifter Plumping gloss. 😂❤

Interesting how the experiences can vary, for me this burned really bad 🤣 you can even see it in my lip color, they got really red 🥵

How does the sensation compare to the nyx duck plump? Is it just as bad or worse?

I truly feel like different products can affect certain people differently. For instance, I didn’t feel like the Lifter Plumping gloss had a super intense burn to it. I can feel it when I apply it but it doesn’t burn too much. There was a high end plumping gloss and I recall that was so intense that I could barely even wear it! This one felt nothing like near the intensity of the Too Faced gloss or even a lot of other drugstore plumping glosses. 😮‍💨🔥
