Wow, we farm for stellar fighting tank arm and then get a better arm from a regular boss right next update. I guess the only good thing about stellar now is the elemental resistances, tho 15k hp still beats 25% in many cases.

Nah I don't think this arm is better tho. Stella has crit, res and especially ail res, make it god stat. Also, even if you going full vit, you could reach around 40k hp. And 25% of 40k is 10k. So the hp from stella is still better. The cspd is not very useful for tank anyway (except for barehand).
