I remember you eyeing them in the store there, and going home empty-handed that day was sad to watch, honestly. I was really hoping you'd get a new one, and well.........there it is!!!! I'm sure it's been life-changing since you had problems with your old one. Now, you're unlimited to the possibilities and it must feel greatt!! So much stuff to do on there, now and with ease!! That's a nice IKEA light, and makes the room warm and cozy. Nice touch! Opening the box twice, just to savor the full-effect twice.....😄😄😄 I get it, I've done that before with stuff, myself. It's so much better than my old laptop it's crazy. Not to mention that while editing, the video actually plays black when I hit the play button, imagine that!😅 Also not needing to be plugged in 100% of the time is such a life changer for trying to do anything away from my desk. I've been contemplating about getting a macbook. My current windows laptop drops from full battery to 50% after not even an hour of use 😂 The fact that you can go places, and not even worry about if you'll find a power outlet or not is so refreshing. I'm definitely getting one in less than a year.

If it works for everything else you could try replacing the battery. I did that a few times and it helped it last little bit longer. But definitely nothing beats macbooks for battery these days it seems, especially the air version. 'Refreshing' is a good way to describe the feeling of not needing an outlet

Bite the bullet and get one. I used to be an Apple hater for years until I started college and had to use my windows laptop that wouldn't even last 2 hours unplugged. Decided to get an M3 Macbook Pro because of the battery life, and I was blown away with how great the aesthetics, build quality, screen and UI is. But most importantly, my Macbook can go days on a single charge, (the longest I've gone on a single charge is about a little less than a week). Ever since then I've become a bit of an Apple fanboy and have bought an iPad for note taking, and I'm even considering trading in my Samsung phone for an iPhone at this point

Compared to my old laptop which was a standard 1080p display, this one seems much more natural to look at. I dont get much eye strain from it, but im used to staring at screens all day. Sorry if that's not super helpful though haha

That thought definitely occurred to me at the time haha. I'm very careful about it usually tho and generally try to be mindful of potential accidents. It'd be a lot safer to keep it in the box, but that's not what it's meant for🙃

I havent seen that, everything looks good to me. Sometimes the app (netflix or youtube or whichever) could become a bit lower quality if the bit rate isn't high enough but that's an issue with the video service not the computer
