Paul, the base price for this floor plan is under $1M but the model has lots of upgrades, including the basement and would be well over $1M.

WOW, just WOW!!! I really love this layout, the exquisite Kitchen and Pantry area, the unfinished walk-out basement and the Ulta luxurious Master bedroom and On- suite. Unfortunately for Hubby and me our Master would have to be on the first floor level along with an enclosed office space 🤨😊

🤔 WOW... For a show home there are some strange interior design choices ... black/dark blue doors... navy walls ... CORK walls 😲( Cork in the UK was last seen on around fireplaces in the 90's ) and dark colour tiles with white grout in the showers ... The kitchen units were overkill and an hidden boot room with white goods would have been a better use of space.
Is any home rent to own ? Can any one point me in the direction to find a house that is available under rent to own like these types of homes!?
