*BUILDINGS COME FROM GOOD PEOPLE & ALL PROBLEMS ARE SOLVED BY GOOD DESIGN.
*This particular plot is very small with approach two sided street. Modern facade is created with proper window & doors, the
requirements are heavy compare to the plot size, so we created two floor & top terrace area.
*The ground floor has huge car parking area & front verandah, one master bed-room attached closet & toilet, modular
kitchen attached with dinning area with powder-room, one great room, small utility room also provided.
*The 1st-floor has one bed-room attached closet & toilet, one guest room attached toilet & also attached small balcony, front
sit-out balcony also provided.
*Rather than introducing high-range interior material (tiles, marble, veneer, ply-boards, laminates, kitchen-appliances,
sanitary items etc.). healthy building ventilation & grills should only be used outside windows for safety.
