When I spoke to him on the phone recently, I mentioned watching your videos 😂 He is SO right about the copper liner from lune and aster! We are always out of stock! This is a fabulous look! I LOVE moonstone from Bobbi Brown! They have the same shade in their long wear shadow sticks as well. I highly recommend that formula for minimalist, on the go makeup looks. 💛💛💛

Jane iredale is highly recommend for makeup when healing, if you have had a surgery such as having moles or skin cancers removed or anytime your skin is irritated, her powder foundations cover and do not irritate.

I have been using the Bobbi brown Smokey eye mascara for a few years now and I love it, I love trying new mascaras but I always come back to the Smokey eye mascara and it is definitely underrated. I have been a makeup artist for a theater for over 20 years and began using Iredale because it looks good under stage lights and doesn't cause allergic reactions like traditional stage makeup. I have an account with Iredale and from what my Iredale contact told me, they are discontinuing the contour kits. I bought their Amazing Base in Latte as a contour and the Ivory for a matte highlighter. I also use the Bone eyeshadow as highlighter.

@Daniela Resh I do like the contour kits. I bought the Cool, for when I'm wearing roses, pinks, purples, and the Warm kit for when I'm wearing yellows, golds, browns, and rust tones. When I am traveling and want to save room in my luggage, I use the Contour kits as an eyeshadow palatte.

I was just gonna ask Lisa about the smell of that lip balm. I have 2 of them and I can’t use them because of a very strong perfumy smell. From all luxury lip balms , this one is the most distracting I find. I hope you don’t mind that

Hey Jann, I would recommend taking a Vitamin E supplement and using an edible grade coconut or almond oil for a couple days. If you go by a Whole Foods or Sprouts they probably have something already made into a lip balm, just check ingredients (even those stores sometimes sell products with bad ingredients). And you can make your own scrub with sugar & coconut oil, or salt & olive oil. The former is best on lips and don’t scrub too rough or too long, might even be worth using bottled water to rinse if you live somewhere with high concentrations of minerals in the water; the latter is great for dry skin. When you rinse after the scrub you still want the oil to remain on your skin. I’m sure you are still beautiful.

I like City Beauty glosses. My lips were always dry until I started wearing them daily. The clear works great before bed and when waking up. Other great shades are Sun Diego, Nude York and Pink Nude. I know Lisa likes them as well.

Does the balm have fragrance? I had to toss all my By Terry lipsticks I bought because the fragrance and taste was so strong.

In a gaggle of people in your specific metier, you stand out as being comfortably articulate . Not to overstep, but if I were you I would never Never NEVER cover up that lip balm you put on first. That color had to be 180degrees away from your eyes on the color wheel. Thanks for sharing your talent.

Lisa I just bought this hourglass foundation from a local reseller here in Ohio. I have been shopping with her for a few years now and she will ship to me or I can come to her apartment and shop in person. I got the hourglass foundation, and the huda faux filter foundation and the brand new Pat McGrath Labs Star Wars edition midnight sun for $125 total. Such a fantastic deal!

Hey, I have A Mac question for you and brush ideal. The very old Mac brushes, the 242 lid brushes was it ever A natural hair bristled brush? I really like my 242 and mine is old. I know everyone uses their finger, but I love all my brushes and love my BK so much but my 242 has stood its test of time. I use it every day. Was it Kolinsky bristle in the old days? Love to have another in that style like the old favorite Mac brush.

I would love to see a video that focused on vegan, cruelty free makeup...when I shop for new products my first priority is that the product is cruelty free and vegan, once I establish the brands that are, I then focus on the product that I need. Unfortunately some high end brands that offer beautiful products are neither cruelty free or vegan. Lately I've become a Fenty fan, all the products I have tried have been winners plus they align with my philosophy. Thank you!

Most people when applying makeup put their hair up or use clips on each side. I cant concentrate on what products she is using. She just posted another video and same thing.
